Unless you're affected by the problems with Steam having been a known health risk for some people for almost a year now, in which case, there's no way to get them.
I've looked at the other things you've said in this comment section and it's pretty much all 'STEAM IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND' (somehow) 'CAUSES MEDICAL HARM' how the hell can a game store cause harm to others it's a GAME STORE.
