Pretty cool that you made everything yourself. It's not Hollywood quality, but you can see and hear uniqueness in every part of the game and I bet you already got a bunch of compliments on voice acting as it is always a nice addition, especially if it's done well. Core Gameplay is somewhat getting in its own way as intentionally clunky controls require a lot of work to be done well, which might be out of scope of 30h work. I feel background music could use some subtlety as it is a bit loud and repetitive. Overall I think it's a nice work since the idea is quite unique and fits really well with jams theme, it's just that your scope might be a bit big for the task at hand. Tho there is a lot of dedication felt through out the game and amount of levels is pretty high for a jam.
