These tileset uses both PNG and TMX/TSX format. In TSX format there are many additional info for each tile. You can download Tiled program and open TSX file with it. There are block of parameters for each tile that fully describes their name. Later I will release Urizen GUI, where you can get all info with just one click.

How do I get this TSX file?

There is a github repo which has several .tsx files which have this extra metadata still available here:

https://github.com/vurmux/urizen

I found this github link in one of the above devlog updates:

https://vurmux.itch.io/urizen-onebit-tileset/devlog/173030/urizen-1bit-tilesets-...

Yes, this is old tsx files for outdated tileset version. You can use them for free, if you want.

The currently available download only includes a PNG file, and these older TSX files are the only ones I could find available. I draw things with these tiles nearly every day for several years now. They are great and I love them and was just trying to be helpful, that's all!  :) <3

I used them as the starting basis for my jam game here (https://tesseractgamingindustries.itch.io/paranormal-alien-containment-personnel); I added some things and drew some new stuff but the core is Urizen tileset with it's cool 12x12 pixels and fun lil' guys!
