Hi i'm stuck on the arrow puzzle any clues on how to get them facing up

Unfortunately, I have also forgotten the activation order to make them face in one direction haha. Once you find out how it works, I think it will be the matter of time before you can solve it. I am also sorry for this because I was focusing too much on puzzle in this game, and sometimes it makes the players feel frustrated when they cannot solve to advance further on the main story. So I am trying not to repeat this mistake in the sequel.
