Most important changes since last DD in short:

• barrels drop weak equip (faster gearing for new characters)
• new generated characters may have up to 2 traits, with pros and/or cons
• now you can buy tower upgrades to hire more expirienced heroes, with better equip
• clan upgrades, micro bounuses for leveling your clan (talk to upgrade master in the camp)
• old saved will be deleted, but you will have access to "Compensation" quest in that case
• new weapons: slings, axes, maces (maces unlock with Vandal class after beating boss)
• a bit more exp gaining for normal mode (Story) form 80% to 90%
• you can find items, buy some clan upgrades, or get specific traits to affect your exp gaining for killing enemies
• loot drop and prefixes generation are more useful overall, you will get more what you need, depending on your class archetype and masteries
• level 1-3 (fire room) is much easier now
• threshold to use bandages is changed from 33% to 25% (when you hear your heartbeat), but now it can heal you over that threshold
• more often drop for normal (Story), as often as for hard (Ballad)
