Basically the game only freezes if a card with butt plug ability attacks and there is no opponent cards left on board. I verified it and I'm able to work around the freezing issue for most of the battles.
It has nothing to do with game speed, but this also means avoid using auto combat.
this could be easier or harder depend on your deck. I have 3 trainers and 1 vamp lady in my deck and it's not a problem.
It's okay to have butt plug on your left most card because when your first card attacks, there will always be an opponent card on table. After that I avoid playing trainer and vamp lady.
It's okay to play cards like police officer and proctologist in later slots, just need to combine them with another card to remove the butt ability before they can attack.
