So the game seems interesting but I don't really like that eye color and name are tied to stats (also I do wish there was an option to choose your own name).

I get that you wish we could name the MC, but I do think it's cool how the name actually means something (in the story's lore) when we pick one of the offered choices, and similar for the limited eye and hair colors, so for that reason I think not having more choice makes sense. It makes the MC feel more deeply rooted in the world of the story, and whatever the writer envisions. But that's just my opinion. :)
