Interesting... it should be the left mouse button. I don't know what happened there. Yeah, the arc is difficult to use. I was intending to avoid the typical hyper-aggressive feel of a shooter. Nice boid implementation btw!
To clarify the controls issue. Rapidly clicking the left mouse button did not fire lots of projectiles, it did almost nothing. Holding the button did work.
