Hello. I just thought and have some idea(that's about Gin): after finishing his training what about some specific futures: change his gender and intruding him at dungeon for more...stuff like that?
I think it would be pretty funny to make him into a sissy (cute outfit + some chastity) considering how meek he is outside of the fights
