I would love to use this template but, while I understand it requires Microsoft Word to open, I do not own Microsoft Word, or any other Microsoft Office products. I use LibreOffice for my work, so I am unable to open the files. :c
It's opens perfectly on Libre Office Version: 5.1.6.2Maybe check you settings :)
I found a fix, as mentioned in my comment above the original.
