First of all, the art for this game is awesome! It is really impressive for the limited window of the game jam, as is the music and sound. The visual and audio elements alone make this game stand out. The gameplay is also pretty good, and the controls seemed easy enough to learn. The only issue with the game is that all of the combat ends up devolving into the same cycle of walking in to attack, stepping back and waiting for the enemy to attack, and then repeating. I think that this happens because of the slow nature of the enemies, so I would be curious how the game would play if you introduced a faster enemy that you have to deal with differently. Aside from that, the game is well executed, and it kept me engaged to the end. Well done!
