Isn't it made with ren'py? I think it's feasible to port into android, and not too complicated too.
It is made with Ren'Py, but I know nothing about the Android side of it. However, it's definitely something I'll look into before release!
It should be easy as clicking button and set some configuration, but you might need to adjust some UI (like quick menu and such) because it looks small in mobile port
