Sounds and visuals are amazing!
The objective was a little confusing. I thought, "Do I kill 99% of the viruses or 99 viruses?" Looks like it's endless :D
A restart button on the end screen would be nice too. Also, I noticed that the nanobot could still shoot after losing and keep gaining kills.
