Also I want to ask something, for some reason I can't make a perfect square in MV (there's always some extra bits on the top) though I've slotted the walls tileset in the right place, maybe you can give me some guidance? ^^;

No prob! Also just want to inform you that the office set that i bought has similar problem with the walls :'' if it can be fixed it will be great because i'm planning to combine both!
