For main story question, from what i know, you need to also have Chiyo in your party as well. You can find her after you talk to Theremis (one of the minisiters) to arrange a meeting with the king of Amagal, and from there you can find Chiyo being assaulted (attempt at least) in right hallway far room (a storage area). Once you have brought her to your castle and stuff, you can meet Varea and Frall at the broken fort west of Manastyr and Varea and Chiyo will talk and stuff, and she will mention the name "Frall" and things will progress from there.
Sorry I cant recall where you need to produce Hops from, but have you gone to Bitterroot Farm? That is the only farm i can think of where you need to do some stuff to actually use and grow stuff on. Its basically at the south of central. Get the quest from the Calbridge fort thats just north of it.
If I recall correctly, Tsubaki's dildo scene is involved with Lielle (the girl you find bathing in the lake west of the elf village Oberon), so you have to advance her story and stuff.
For Aleah, once you go the good path and advance stuff with her (I believe requires time is all), instead of asking the headmaid to call her in for you, you actually have to go to the hanging out area where you can talk and interact with all of the characters and most maids outside of Renn's room and talk to Aleah, and Renn will think about whether or not to restore Aleah's hymen via magic and stuff and go on from there.
