the game actively acknowledges its for people over the age of 18, so its well within there rights to have BDSM content in there game, there is no need for you to be aggressive towards the developer for gameplay mechanics and narrative choices.
I'm sorry you had to go through something terrible but it doesn't mean you have to be so confrontational with your comment, a simple "could you put a BDSM tag on the game" would have been sufficient
