We're going to need more info than that to help you. How won't it launch? What OS do you have, how much RAM, etc.

Windows 10. I open the launcher it acts like its starting with saying unity etc. then I can wait forever but nothing happens. 6.00 GB RAM (5.19 GB useable.)

Right now the game is not optimized for RAM usage. 6gb MIGHT be okay, but even then you're going to have very very very long load times at the start.
