It is pretty common where i live but now it has been replaced by other versions of Nokia, Even my father has a keypad one so i would at least try to export it.

one way would be to make the game on Arduino and then export it through the port or take out the LCD screen and micro controller and then try it.

i looked it up it turn out that you can buy only the screen for cheap but there are no Nokia 3310 screens I found, will that count?

There was one person who exported their game to an lcd screen through arduino last year. The more people talk about the possibility of exporting to a real 3310 the more less likely it seems that it would work. I'll have to work out the details if I want to offer some kind of prize.
