I have noticed that DIO can use his stand attacks in stopped time after he unlocks his stand power on hard AI mode. Is this a glitch or can it be done when your playing as DIO?
Nope that was not intended. He isn't supposed to use stand attack for balance reasons, but I guess stand power overrides that. Thanks for bringing it up!
