What can I say. I didn't expect game on game jam that well made and it's very rare that any game jam holds me for so long.
Game Design:
Amazing thing, you can really feel the immersion with the game. There are many interactions, from lighting up lamps to putting pictures on the walls, great job on that! (waiting for the telescope and tv to be interactable :P). Love that you can really see your progress with the middle construction phase, it also gives a lot of motivation to finish up your work. From what I could suggest, definitely interactions are doing the work here, so if you could add at least several more, it would be amazing!
Theme:
Totally not obvious, but truly well fitting game to the theme. Not only you take care of garbage by utilizing it, but you get much more from it with great suprises and a lot of satisfaction!
Visuals:
I really like the artstyle here, it's warm, cozy. Gets mysterious at some times (night etc). It isn't flawless as there are sometimes bugs or some sprite glitches, but it's good enough to make them irrelevant. (Moon and sun with speed of light were actually pretty funny :P). Great idea with day/night cycle, maybe it would be better to make it a bit longer and add some specified interactions (e.g using telescope at night).
SFX:
Sounds are really well made and they are fitting (even if you craft a lot, you don't really get annoyed by this crafting sound, which is really good). And the experience you provided with music was, well astonishing :P I have never seen (heard) that before in any game, that you start completely silent and at some point you get welcomed with really beautiful music (it's great that the further you go, the lower the volume is). Amazing job here. Maybe it would be good to add at least some really silent and peaceful background music from the beginning, but keep it low to make that good contrast with the surprise!
Gameplay:
For a week gamejam it was really something. On my second playthrough I already got used to the entire system and it was a lot of fun. Maybe there should be a bit more explanation on how to do things like crafting or building, but apart from that it was enjoyable. Oh and it would be good if you could handle inventory a bit better, like maybe some shortcuts to make process easier (hmm and not sure if you should use mouse4 and mouse5 as controls, not all the people got those :P)
Overall:
It's the second game I play this jam and already I can say that I feel fully satisfied :)
