Interesting game, very different from what I've played so far in this jam and very comfy!

Just out of interest, how would you say does the game fit the theme? Also what Engine did you use?

Also, here are some things that bugged me:

  1. I couldn't reread the memories and the memory texts where quite fast.
  2. The music was atmospheric, but felt a bit repetitive
  3. On one part of the road in the forest there was a weird visual effect at the bottom of the screen.
  4. The game started with SteamVR

All in all, an interesting (in a good way) experience!

Thanks!

The game fits the theme mainly in two ways: The single and simple task of finding home, and the less distance you are away from home, the more likely it is you'll reach your goal (if you finish within a certain distance you succesfully comlpeted the game and if you are not within that distance, it shows the distance you are off. )

I also decided to make simple assets and music to stay true to the theme.

The game was made in Unreal Engine 4

I'll have a look at your feedback! Thanks again!
