The concept of this game was definitely interesting, and it was a quick game to run through and see it in action.  I was really looking forward to the music when I opened it but then it was only in the menu :(.  This was the first real tutorial, and well done one at that I've seen throughout the jam.

A bit of feedback though:

  • Damage numbers would really help concept across.  Or some sort of health bar on the enemies.  Because it was hard to tell how much actual impact the durability was having on the damage I was dealing
  • The player UI was a bit... big.  A lot of the time when I was starting the game it would be blocking enemies and such as well as being kinda distracting since I had to check the specific number.

It was really fun overall though, and the concept is one of the best I've seen so far that sticks to the theme.  Though in the final level... I'm not sure if it was intended or accidental but on my first run I ended up bypassing the boss entirely and just hitting the key and leaving.  It made for a pretty hilarious moment but it was definitely weird.

Also I'm assuming this is unintended, or you threw a secret in (if you did sorry for mentioning this here) but most of the last levels walls are missing.  Specifically on the right the wall by the exit door is missing and on the left the wall and floor are missing.  As well as in the drop area the right wall at least is missing.  So I ended up accidentally heading into the void while trying to see if I could kill the boss.

i am going to be fixing most of the things you said and the boos thing was unintended

and thanks for the feedback :)
