Personally, one massive advantage I have is two advanced degrees in Fine Art and working as a professional Fine Artist. But I think the best thing one can do, especially for MÖRK BORG is just get started. It's a very welcoming and helpful community. Lots of encouragement on projects on the discord server and the Facebook group. Don't get self-conscious about what you are making, don't hold yourself to Pelle and Johan's level. You do you.

I've gotta get on the Facebook group. I've been annoying D&D groups and Indie RPG groups with Mork Borg memes lately.

Not playing favorites, but discord is where it's really at...

Haha I'm already on there. :)

What tools would you recommend by the way Rugose for someone with no actual skills, with just a half-decent PC and a 15  year old Bamboo Tablet? I'm currently using GIMP, but would love to know if there's smarter options out there.

All of my work to date has been done with Apple’s Pages and the desktop and mobile versions of Pixelmator. So I’m not the best source for this on the PC side.

I know a lot of folks like using the products from Affinity for publishing and photo editing.
