Any vague theme that is compatible with any genre without having to make far-fetched interpretations sits well with me.
Now if we want to go into specifics, I love goofy stuff and themes that allow for immediate, fast-paced fun. If you can make a super nervous quake like with that theme, you've already got me on board.

One-word themes tend to be the MVP in that regard, from my experience.
By contrast, I find the absolute worst "themes" to be not themes but mechanics/concepts (especially those that try too hard to be subversive). You know, the kind of things that populate about 70% of ludum dare theme slaughter pools like "you are the enemy", "less is more" etc.

EDIT: That said, this jam has a history of having great themes so I'm resting easy :)
