I am also struggling with milk production. I have put all cows into 2 diff farms but just making butter depletes me. It has surprised me so many struggle w/ what to do with milk as I simply can't keep up.
Got all 34 cows separated on 7 fields. With 100 villagers milk-, milky porridge- and apple pie storages will always be empty.
