Interesting! From "otaku" I thought this would be more about anime, but I ended up learning a lot about retro video games! :)
I found the question sounds got a little irritating after a while, but a little background music could easily balance that out :) Also, I totally understand that this game is still in development. The checklist of things you plan on adding all seem like great ideas though! :)
