you can change the bandits like meter without being "the bitch of bareshade ".
The bitch for the thugs quest you don't increase your bitch fame if your already a hero a dude in the bar flirts and wants to suck your dick. Use him instead of you for the quest.
And you can pay 3 times per a certain amount of time.

(I think that's another alternative for this quest ...) - I did it (with the one who is as big as a pig LOL, by the way, I once again gave myself a gift that I took from him ...), but inside the thieves' camp, so no one in town will ever know. XD
It took me a little while, but I succeeded.
