Same issue here, but I managed to fix the problem yesterday, all you need to do is go to Build Settings > Player Settings > Publishing Settings > Compression Format set it to none.

Update: Just fixed it, I wasn't organizing the folders correctly. Everything is submitted now! Thanks for the help :)
