If this is your first Game for a Jam. You're on the right track.... Not much to say.
Must:
1 - More FX Audio Feedback on every action. (Is the first thing you should polish if have time)
2 - Camera FX on collision are important, and collision fx (this provide feedabk to the gameplay)
As a personal taste, give the player more sense of control, the slide is too much..
The idea is well thought and fun.
