Too much clicking! So many actions could be made faster with the introduction of tooltips.
Grinding for ingredients could feel like a crude solution for running out of potions, but the hearts drop once - that's a clever solution!
Felt very easy and exploit-like when I could just run to the first encounter to grind. Could only restrict the player to the last 4 or something - so the player doesn't progress unless they know they have enough resources.
Overall, I liked it though!

Thanks for the feedback and playing my game! Tooltips are a great idea, it didn't cross my mind. I threw together the UI in the end because I was running out of time so I wasn't too happy with it myself. You make a great point about the grinding in the game, after playing it for a bit after the jam I felt it wasn't too interesting either so in the future with the successor I have in mind I would probably remove the ability to go back and rebalance the game around that.
