Cool concept. I have seen several games with two controllable characters, but I like the addition of the tank element in it. Makes it more challenging.
That being said, I really wish you went with only one control scheme as it makes it very hard to remember the controls for each character. So you could have had a way to switch between the two characters and that way they can both have the same control scheme on the keyboard.
Nice art style, very unique and original.
