A well made platformer, I like the platforming a lot, but honestly the action part and the platforming part are not related to each other, maybe you could make the player platforming more fluid when you die.
And the game needs a bit of music to make the platforming more fun.

I still didn't pass the level with an upper and lower spikes though 🤣.
