Ah damn I completely missed the fact that I had to say "No".

I honestly don't think you need to guide the player to pick the no option. Who ever gets it will have fun, whoever doesn't - will read the comments lol

I still think I should have had a pop up after a few deaths with a small tip, since hoping a player reads the comments isn't great game design haha.

Maybe, have the reaper tell the player something like "I mean.. Are you sure? You keep dying and nothing happens. Maybe you should just let go" and than lead to the conversation after this. Although this is the same as a hint when I think about it.
