Thanks for trying, I don't use crome as its border line spy where but I'll download firefox and see if it is my browser that's causing HTML issues like this one for me

From what I have read there are two possibilities in my understanding. First, (less likely) you have cookies turned off which makes local data storage difficult. Second, (more likely) you browser is too clogged and you need to clear your cookies and history. This will reset some things and most importantly it will clear up any blockage, you should be able to easily find this  in the settings menu for the appropriate browser or look up a how to.  Otherwise you need an exper.
