What a vile game. The writers apparently only like women who have zero emotional health and boundaries and are comfortable with using violence to force women to be sexual objects. Clearly have not ever been in a consensual kink relationship, dated a woman with a healthy submissive/sexual side, or conceived of the idea that a woman can be both strong/assertive and sexual/submissive.
I get the sense that a lot of the content for an assertive MC just isn't in there yet. I did a play-through with the nerd guy (who's name is skipping my mind at the moment) and didn't get that sense.
That said, I'm hoping the game expands that content quite a bit more. I'll note you can *punch a groper in the face right in the prologue.*
Even tho I get the point in witch you stand on, in this case in particular youre just seeing just a route of it. Also, I feel like this game goes for an specific point of view in kinks, a darker yet personal, so its normal for some to not get.
If you want it to be nice, dont have to play the "dark" ones, there is a route; if you dont want to play the game, you dont have to either.
Hmm, I can't completely refute this because I didn't play the game through but I made several attempts to play the game where the mc took no shit but was still looking for opportunities to be sexual/submissive. I couldn't find any opportunities that didn't involve submitting to cat calling or consent violation or the fear of violence if the mc didn't become a sexual object. I do have some experience with kink and have been in a relationship with a heavy submissive for quite some time including CNC play. That's not how this game plays tho.
I also had some troubles with certain routes, but I actually liked kates route, its pretty vanilla, and violets goes to a more nice version.
As for the rest, usually mc is depicted as rather in control of what happens... Its basically matts route thats dark. I just hate Matt.
As for cnc play, I think I only have seen it with Matt, again. Lots of people hate him (At least from what Ive seen). Oh, and maybe if you go to work at the bakery, but its not to mc.
Also, its a sexual game, ofc they want to give mc as many opportunities to have sex as the player wants.
