An idea that could be made into a real card game. Playing with the computer is a bit boring, so I would like to invite someone else to play again later.
Whether or not it fits into the theme of radiation is completely irrelevant to the evaluation. Everyone should be participating on that assumption. There is no need to worry about it. The limits are well followed. Rock-paper-scissors is played with one hand, you know.
