thought it was cool the option was there for online play, wasn't able to test it. Echoing Yumehiko's post the on the theme, whether you are able to make it fit or not I feel the ultimate goal is to grow as a developer and have fun doing it!
An idea that could be made into a real card game. Playing with the computer is a bit boring, so I would like to invite someone else to play again later.
Whether or not it fits into the theme of radiation is completely irrelevant to the evaluation. Everyone should be participating on that assumption. There is no need to worry about it. The limits are well followed. Rock-paper-scissors is played with one hand, you know.

And originally I was going to add some ai that try to predict things and choose card but doing that will make ai(computer) more pridictible so I didn't coded that ....

Nice multiplayer game, good fun with friends, but this didn't fit the radiation theme.
Interesting take on rock paper scissors. One thing: in the in-game instructions, you put the opposite rules for which symbol beats another symbol.
