Oh that is indeed unfortunate! It might be an anti-virus flagging it as a false postive, or something to do with your browser... May I ask which browser you use? In the meantime, here is an alternate download location :)
I use Chrome, usually when it flags something it tells me, so its really weird. Thank you for the alt link, although its saying "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service"
