Speaking as someone from a Japanese background, the actual national age of consent in Japan is 13 but every prefecture has anti-obscenity laws that makes any adult (20+, will become 18+ once the law changes come through) that has sex with a minor (below 20, again, will become below 18) at the very least open to prosecution.

To be fair, that was an oversight from the Morenatsu Revisited days. The description will be changed upon the next build's release, which I am working on still. Unfortunately, I've had a bad run of luck with my health over the previous months, which has led me to need to resign from my job.
It should read "[...]before completing your senior year at high school."
Lesli-Chu!?, our main composer and assistant writer, has actually been helping me with some of the content while I've been unable to work on the project. He's been absolutely amazing, and I would like to assure that there is actually going to be quite a nice bit extra. With the extra free time, I'm hoping to be able to be more focused with Homecoming.
I don't think you should care much about it. Since the character are characters and not real people on a screen.

Only that people under age shouldn't play those games. (Without parents permission!) 8) and that game aren't even porn since the original had only two sex scenes per route and not all routes had those two Those just showing a piece of life.
I've see other stories with dozen sex scenes and they not even finished its story.
