Would be good to show past paths so that you don't have to remember entirely. Some feedback when having to go through the second time would be good too, kinda feels like you lose when it just resets. Though maybe you could kill these two birds with one stone.
Movement could be snappier as well, and being able to use arrow keys would be nice.
10/10 would touch my past self again.
