Sorry for the late reply. So the original concept was from a website which featured a page called "The Sixteen Commandments..." of which I found the fifth to be relevant. However I am having trouble thinking of how best to balance between appropriateness and plagiarism... The website also contains more... adult themes (in text), so I could also remove the citation link. How do you think I should best go around doing this without plagiarizing?

I think you can keep the citation, as long as you put a note that it contains adult themes. I don't think you need to worry about plagiarism in your title, as I believe this falls under fair use. The title is a bit too sexual, so as long as you fix that we're good.
