Are you wanting to use the default freebasic graphics library? An example game from the gamejam is here: conan freebasic fbgfx by Bad_K4rMa (itch.io)

To use the freebasic graphics library you add "#include fbgfx.bi". Here are some resources: Graphics Keyword List (manmrk.net) and lachie.phatcode.net/articles.php
