Thank you so much for your feedback! I agree with all of that. The color pallet I used was actually a pallet I was using for another game I was working on, but I have updated my pallet so any future games should look really nice (I literally spent a full day researching and testing colors that go together lol). I did want to add more enemies but I actually wanted this to be able to be played by people who may not be as experienced with video games in general (even tho bullet hell's don't really attract someone like that), but for the remake I will for sure add different difficulty modes and options for more experienced player to flex lol. Thank you for playing and I'm glad you had a good time!

Adding extra enemies doesn't necessarily make it more difficult if you make them quicker to kill ☺️ you can make a really easy game with lots of enemies. You could, for example, add 4x the number of enemies, make it so half of them die in one hit, and make it so only a few of them can shoot at a time. By doing this, you give the player a lot more visual feedback that something cool is happening! I'd strongly recommend you try it. This sort of thing makes it more fun to play without changing the difficulty! It's not about making it more difficult, or more tailored to experienced players, it's about making it more fun for everyone 😁
