Thank you! Do you have any older files of Our Life on your computer? It's possible that's causing a problem with unlocking. I can't see all the Step 3 files in that screenshot so that could be it, but they're likely further down the list so focusing on checking for out-dated builds/files could be more helpful.
Also, have you ever played a beta or old demo or did you only get the game when it was complete? Sometimes data gets stored from way in the past before it was possible to unlock the Moments, so the game doesn't end up unlocking them now.
