Hi, you've probably moved on to other things, but FYI the same thing happenned to me and updating my screen resolution to 1920X1080 fixed the zoom issue.
Same problem. Additionally, there's no way to exit the game without force closing externally. Tried the resolution fix. Similar problem on puzzle 16. I think there are pieces off screen.
