Hi,
I had to install Cygwin and then entered into %cygwin directory%/bin, copied cygwin1.dll and pasted into game directory.
I've seen your code and it started here with id = 20 in dial function.
It's a throwback make console talk to user, but I can't see too much interaction and mechanics like a game. :p
