This is super cool! Awesome pixel art on the player and enemy sprites. Would be great to see more of that in the environment. Super fluid motion and nice touches to the mech on slopes (which is never easy in platformers!) interesting enemies, with distinct attack patterns and looks. Would say I only found out I could jump higher by reading the comments, after being stuck in game thinking, I'm sure I must be able to get out of here / up this tiny hill, I'm a giant mech! Also was good to have clear bullets that could also be destroyed. Just adding in some a single backing track and less placeholder ground and it'd be totally up there. Oh and realised we have some similar mechanics! We'd have been a good team! Look forward to seeing what else you do!  Thanks really enjoyed it!

Wow! Thank you for the great feedback. You pretty much hit the head on everything. This was a great experience for me to learn from. I think I have a good grasp on what features I missed on this project to apply to my next game jam. I'm waiting to review your game until I have a controller. I was not doing well with the keyboard inputs.
