Yo it's really buggy right now, most of the time the slots won't ever stop, the 2nd or 3rd slot won't stop.
Odd, does it happen after restarting the level or going to and from the menu?
Right after spinning the slot machine actually. I exited the level and went back in, and only then did the enemies spawn.
Same thing happend to me
