See a therapist- and tell people what's been happening. It'll really help. Trust me.
I try, but they either get mad and pinch the marks, which hurt like crazy, or i can't because of my over whelming anxiety...but, thank you for the advice.
it'll take a while. But try your best. Try maybe if something happens write down what's wrong and try to show it to someone. It really helped me.
