A nice little experience. I would suggest two things. I would take out the stuff where you talk about not finishing the game. For a jam, it doesn't have to be perfect or even done. It's all about a nice experience which I think the game does deliver with its nice art style.
The movement is a little slippery, though that might not be a bad thing. The idea of someone trying to put out fires while on a slipper ice sheet could definitely make for some fun gameplay as you slide around a fire shooting water at it. It's one of those things that might make for an interesting game mechanic if focused on.
